Here at True Confessions your satisfaction is important to us. All powered toys are checked to be in working order before they are sent out to our customers. However because of the nature of the products we sell, an exchange service is not available. Please take time choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to accept for return products that did not meet your expectations; only items which are found to be faulty will be replaced with the same make and model of your faulty return.
Products with manufacturing defects should be returned to us for a replacement. Below are the steps you need to follow if you intend to return products to us.
To return a faulty product you must return it within 30 days of purchase.
You should email us at trueconfessions@live.com to notify us of your intention to return the product before you send it. Please include details of the fault that you have found with the product and details of purchase. We will strive to reply to your message within two working days with details of the arrangements for return.
